Standardizing interactions between customers, technicians, and the FIXT platform.
1. The FIXT Platform
FIXT provides an organizational layer for repair services. We facilitate direct matching between customers and independent technicians. FIXT is not a direct employer of technicians nor a direct provider of repair labor.
2. Professional Conduct
All technicians on the platform must maintain active verification and adhere to the FIXT professional standards. Customers agree to provide accurate device context and a safe environment for physical repairs.
3. Data & History
By using the platform, participants acknowledge that repair data, diagnostics, and outcomes are recorded to maintain the lifecycle history of the hardware. This data is the foundation of the FIXT trust ecosystem.
4. Liability
FIXT is responsible for the integrity of its matching and recording systems. Specific repair outcomes and warranties are managed directly between the customer and the technician as facilitated by the platform infrastructure.
