As technicians complete jobs through the FIXT mobile app, each repair is captured and structured: the brand, device model, affected components, failure symptom, and resolution. Over time this builds a dense, queryable map of the repair economy — one that reflects real-world failure patterns rather than manufacturer assumptions or survey data.
