The consumer marketplace at app.fixt.in is where customers describe their problem, get matched, and track the repair live — paying by UPI after the work is done and verified.

The technician-side is an mobile app: job matching, a verified profile that builds over time, and the tools to manage a repair business entirely from a phone. There is no web portal for technicians — mobile-first by design.

Both apps draw on the same infrastructure layer — verified identity, knowledge graph, parts availability, and pricing intelligence — so every interaction on either side makes the network more accurate.
