Booking a repair.
What most people want to know before they book — safety, payment, and what happens if something goes wrong.
How does booking work?
You describe what needs fixing in the FIXT app, get matched with a verified technician near you, and see a transparent estimate before any work begins. The technician repairs it — and you pay by UPI only after the job is done. FIXT is pre-launch; you can preview the app today.
How do I know the technician is genuine?
Every technician on FIXT is government-ID verified through KYC before they can take a single job — and carries a public, rated profile that builds with every completed repair. No anonymous strangers: you see who is coming and what their track record is.
When do I pay?
After the repair, by UPI — never in advance. There is no advance payment, no deposit, and no wallet to top up. Nothing is owed until the work is done.
Is my phone number shared?
No. All calls and messages are routed through masked numbers inside the platform. Your real contact details are never shared with the technician — and theirs are never shared with you.
What if the repair doesn’t hold?
Raise it with us. Every repair runs through the platform and stays on record — nothing happens off the books — so every job is backed by FIXT, not just by the individual who did it. If something isn’t right, we make it right.
What can I get repaired?
The network is built for range: everyday devices, home appliances, mobility & drones, all the way up to industrial and enterprise equipment. If it’s worth fixing, it belongs on FIXT.

What do I need?
Three things: your repair skills, your KYC documents for verification, and a smartphone to run the FIXT mobile app. That’s the whole toolkit — no shop, no fixed location, no paperwork beyond verification.
How do payouts work?
Transparently and fairly — your earnings land with you, with no surprise deductions. Full payout details are shared at onboarding, before you take your first job.
Is there a fee to join the waitlist?
No. Joining the waitlist costs nothing — there is no sign-up fee and no pay-to-list.
Do I keep my independence?
Yes. Technicians on FIXT are independent professionals, not employees. Your verified profile, ratings, and repair history belong to you — a portable reputation that travels with you, not with any shop or employer.
