Trust isn’t a feature.
It’s the architecture.
FIXT is being built as trust infrastructure for the repair economy — which means verification, privacy, and data protection can’t be bolted on later. This page explains exactly how each one works, in plain language, so you can judge for yourself.
You know exactly who is coming.
The trust problem in repair starts with a stranger at the door. FIXT is designed to remove that uncertainty before the first job is ever assigned.
Identity verified first
Every technician’s identity is verified against government-issued ID before their first job on the platform. No verification, no dispatch.
Profiles built on real work
A technician’s profile is designed to reflect actual completed jobs on the platform — not self-reported claims or purchased ratings.
Every job logged
Each job is logged on the platform and attached to the device’s history. Nothing is done off the books or outside the platform.
Accountability built in
Because identity is verified and every job is recorded, there is always a clear answer to who did what, when — by design.
Your personal details stay personal.
Connecting two strangers shouldn’t mean exposing either of them. The platform is built so the connection happens without the personal data changing hands.
Masked-number communication
Customers and technicians talk through masked numbers — neither side ever sees the other’s personal phone number.
Contact details never shared
Your personal contact details are never handed to the other party. The platform carries the conversation; your number stays yours.
Pay after, by UPI
When payments go live, they happen by UPI after the repair is completed — no advance payment, no in-app wallet, and no card details stored.
Your data stays yours. Full stop.
FIXT’s business is built on aggregated intelligence — never on selling anyone’s individual data. Here is the line we draw, stated plainly.
Ownership stays with you
Whether you’re a consumer or an enterprise on the free AMC software: your data stays yours — exportable, portable, with no lock-in that makes leaving painful.
Aggregated & de-identified only
Any intelligence FIXT shares is aggregated and de-identified. No job-level records, no consumer identities, no technician contact details — individual data is never sold.
DPDP Act-aware practices
Our data practices are being built to align with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — purpose-limited collection, consent, and your right to control your information.
A real person to escalate to
Privacy or data grievances go to a named contact, not a void: vasikaran@fixt.in. We respond, and we put it in writing.
The full detail lives in our Privacy Policy →
Boring, deliberate security.
No theatre, no acronym soup — just the fundamentals, applied consistently as the platform is built.
Encryption in transit
Data moving between your device and the platform is encrypted in transit, as standard — not as an option.
Access controls
Access to data inside FIXT is being designed on least-privilege principles — people and systems see only what their role requires.
Built on Google Cloud
The platform runs on Google Cloud infrastructure, inheriting the physical and network security of one of the world’s most heavily audited cloud providers.
What stays private. What makes the network smarter.
FIXT learns from repairs — that’s the whole point. So here is the exact boundary between your data and the network’s intelligence.
What stays private
- Your identity — who you are is never part of any shared dataset
- Your contact details — phone numbers and addresses are never exposed or sold
- Your individual job details — no job-level records leave the platform
- Your exportable data — yours to take with you, any time, no lock-in
What makes the network smarter
- Anonymised failure patterns — which components fail, how, and why
- Aggregated pricing signals — what fair repair actually costs, at a statistical level
- De-identified reliability intelligence that helps everyone repair before things break
We’re pre-launch and building this in the open. What you read here is the architecture we’re committing to — stated before scale, so you can hold us to it.
